Nosy Boraha (Île Sainte-Marie) Madagascar

Nosy Boraha, also called Ile Sainte-Marie, is an island off the east coast of Madagascar. Near the main town of Ambodifotatra, there is a pirate graveyard with tombs marked with a skull and crossed tibias. Near the south coast, there are Ile aux Nattes and Il'ts aux Sables, two tiny islands with coral reefs and sea turtles. Antanandava Waterfall is surrounded by rainforest. On the east coast, traditional canoes dot the Baie d'Ampanihy lagoon.
