Media Buyer / Marketing & Social Media Manager

About this role

This role is about building, not simply managing. You will transform an entrepreneurial business into a scalable, efficient and predictable operational system. You will bring structure and clarity into a high-growth environment and design processes capable of sustaining accelerated expansion without losing control or margin. You will have real autonomy, direct responsibility and measurable impact on organizational performance.


Responsibilities

  • Standardizing and optimizing operational processes.
  • Coordinating the back-office and delivery teams.
  • Defining KPIs and continuously monitoring performance.
  • Optimizing operational workflows, from orders and supplier relationships to customer support.
  • Implementing digital tools and automation systems.
  • Building a performance-driven operational culture based on accountability and efficiency.
