With passion, from 2003 to the present day, we have understood where we belong. Not in mass tourism. Not in the race for the lowest price. Nor in a model where a person's consultancy, work and expertise are not worthy of our respect.
Today, the internet offers millions of deals, holidays, hotels, flights and price comparisons. Booking.com, Expedia and the major tour operators do this very well — and we, in turn, work with them and with numerous international suppliers and partners.
Our role begins where a simple search is no longer enough, when your time has value, when the security of the services ordered/booked and support matter.
When you want someone to understand why you are travelling, who you are travelling with, what you like, what you will not accept, what your budget is and how you would like to feel when you get there. That is what Travel Concierge means to us. For us, that means thinking your way.

THE MISSION OF A TRAVEL CONCIERGE
When we work through your options, we do not make “an offer”. We compose the right journey. We book secure services. You have no worries.
Your consultant talks with you. Listens to your ideas and preferences. You can come to us with a specific destination or simply with a wish. You can tell us which hotel you have in mind, which experiences you want or the budget you would like to stay within.
We assess whether we can realistically create your holiday within these parameters. If the answer is yes and we agree, the personalised consultancy begins.

Some things cannot be found through a search filter. They are learned over years, through work, passion and dedication.
ActivTours® recommendations come from our own direct experiences, visits to hotels and destinations we know, client feedback, the knowledge accumulated by our team and the relationships built over time with partners we rely on.
We know that two hotels with the same star rating can offer completely different experiences. That a “sea view” room does not always mean what you imagine. That sometimes the famous hotel is not the best choice. And that a successful holiday is built from many details that a price alone cannot reveal.
This is the value of experience. This is the value of an expert's consultancy.

Consultancy has value.
For us, mutual respect is part of an honest and lasting human and commercial relationship. Personalised work begins with a mutual commitment.
Before you pay the consultation fee, we talk with you and establish whether we can build your trip within the budget and parameters you want. Personalised consultation begins only after this confirmation.
The €100 fee, VAT included, represents the cost of researching and preparing your request. Your ActivTours® Consultant researches, checks, compares and prepares up to 5 travel options within the agreed parameters.
If you choose one of the options and book through ActivTours®, the €100 is fully reflected in the value of your booking.
If, after receiving the options, you decide not to book through ActivTours®, the fee remains the payment for the consultation service already provided.
NOTE:
- Submitting a request is free of charge and does not automatically mean that you are engaging the Travel Concierge service.
- The consultation fee applies to all requests accepted into the Travel Concierge service, including when you already have a hotel or other services in mind.
- The consultancy fee is not an additional cost and does not increase the price of your holiday.
- It is how we make sure that the time and expertise we dedicate to a request are invested in a journey that the client genuinely wants to create together with us.
- After we talk with you, understand what you want, your preferences and your budget, and confirm that we can work on the request, payment of the consultancy fee starts the personalised offer process. The ActivTours® Consultant analyses the market and prepares up to 5 travel options, created for your request.
- If you choose one of the options and book through ActivTours®, the €100 paid for consultancy is included in the value of the booked package. In other words, you do not pay for the holiday +€100. The consultancy fee is a deposit within the commercial relationship between us, leading to the booking!
- If you choose not to book any of the options prepared with an agent's time and work, the fee remains payment for the value of the consultancy work already carried out.
- If, after analysing your request within the parameters initially agreed, we find that we cannot propose any viable option, the consultation fee will be refunded in full.

If respect is not one of your values, we may not be the right agency for you.
We are not the right agency for you either if your only criterion is the lowest price or if you only want free consultancy.
There are excellent platforms for comparisons and direct bookings, and for certain journeys they may even be the right solution.
ActivTours® is a travel agency for people who want something different, who want support, respect and a certain status: a person who will think through the journey with them and remain there even after the booking has been made and, above all, during the holiday!
Once you have chosen and we have confirmed, the responsibility becomes ours, and you have no worries.
Consultancy does not end at “Book now”.
Once the services are confirmed, you receive the fiscal documents and the contract clearly setting out the booked services, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
And our relationship continues. Before departure. During the journey. After you return.
You have human support when you need it. If a problem arises, you do not have to work out on your own which supplier must be contacted and which address to write to. You talk to us.

We use technology so that we have more time for people, can serve them better and be more attentive to them. So that we can focus on their holiday wishes and dreams!
Our AI agent, Amélie, helps us organise information, analyse options and offer you inspiration and guidance faster, free of charge.
Amélie can be your first guide: for ideas, destinations, possible prices, travel periods and guidance.
But when a personalised request begins, an ActivTours® Consultant, your concierge, takes responsibility for your journey. AI makes time and guidance more efficient; people enjoy the results.
